Lobster Ficelli:
2 cups of coarsley chopped lobster meat.
2 tablespoons of chopped basil leaves
grated zest of one lime
salt and freshlyground white pepper
1 French baguette
extra virgin olive oil
In a medium bowl,mix together the lobster,basil,lime zest and mayonnaise season to taste with salt and pepper. Cut baguette ino 4 sections and remove the crumbs, then stuff with lobster mix. Bake until exterior is brown and serve.15-20 servings.
