 Lobster Ficelli:

• 2 cups of coarsley chopped lobster meat.
• 2 tablespoons of chopped basil leaves
• grated zest of one lime
• salt and freshlyground white pepper
• 1 French baguette
• extra virgin olive oil
• In a medium bowl,mix together the lobster,basil,lime zest and mayonnaise season to taste with salt and pepper. Cut baguette ino 4 sections and remove the crumbs, then stuff with lobster mix. Bake until exterior is brown and serve.15-20 servings.
